2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Underground Ice.

Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment until the order has been confirmed.

Because many Underground Ice products are produced in limited quantities, products may sell out before the advertised drop period ends.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, household, order, or location.

3. Limited Drops

Underground Ice may operate using a limited-drop model.

Drop dates, pickup windows, quantities, flavors, and availability may change due to production, supply, weather, equipment, transportation, or other circumstances.

A product advertised as "Dropping Soon," "Limited Edition," "Pilot Drop," or similar may not be available indefinitely.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Underground Ice reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be successfully processed.

5. Pickup Orders

If an order is designated for pickup, the customer is responsible for collecting the order during the stated pickup window.

Customers should arrive with their order confirmation or other required order information.

Failure to collect an order during the designated pickup period may result in forfeiture of the order unless otherwise agreed upon by Underground Ice.

Additional pickup instructions may be provided with individual drops.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Where delivery or shipping is offered, availability may be limited to specific geographic areas.

Delivery or shipping dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, product availability, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Underground Ice is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or failure to receive an order.

7. Perishable Products

Many Underground Ice products are perishable and may require refrigeration or freezing.

Customers are responsible for promptly receiving, storing, and handling products according to the instructions provided.

Products should be placed in the appropriate freezer or refrigeration environment as soon as reasonably possible after pickup or delivery.

Underground Ice is not responsible for product damage resulting from improper storage, delayed pickup, delayed receipt, or improper handling after the product has been transferred to the customer.

8. Product Appearance

Because Underground Ice products may be handmade or produced in small batches, minor variations in appearance, texture, color, shape, packaging, or presentation may occur.

Product photographs are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the product received.

Flavor availability and ingredients may change between drops.

9. Allergens & Ingredients

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming a product.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, or other ingredients.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, contact Underground Ice before placing an order.

Underground Ice does not guarantee that any product is free from a particular allergen unless specifically stated on the product labeling.

10. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns generally are not accepted.

Refunds, replacements, or credits may be considered for qualifying issues such as:

• Order fulfillment errors

Customers should contact Underground Ice as soon as possible after receiving or picking up an order.
