Where Funds Go

Because our water ice and soft-serve pints are shipped in temperature-controlled dry ice, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds once shipped.

New exclusive flavors drop every Sunday at 7PM CST. Quantities are highly limited and sell out fast. Set your alarms so you don't miss this week's batch.

We operate a strict no-refund policy due to the highly perishable, small-batch nature of our cold-chain shipped water ice. All sales are final once shipped.

How does cold-chain shipping work?

Our customer support team is active Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Inquiries sent over the weekend are resolved first thing Monday.

We pack our pints in heavily insulated containers with dry ice to ensure they arrive rock-solid. Orders ship via express transit to minimize total transit time.

It is a premium, dairy-free frozen dessert made with real pureed fruit, cane sugar, and water. We never use artificial syrups, dyes, or cheap fillers.

Are your products vegan-friendly?

How are youth initiatives funded?

Yes, all of our water ice flavors are 100% vegan and dairy-free. Our soft-serve options may contain dairy, which is always clearly highlighted on the label.
