More Than Just Ice Cream

Underground Ice was born from one bold idea: frozen desserts should feel exciting again. Starting in rural Illinois, we’re bringing big energy to small-batch soft-serve ice cream and creamy water ice through limited weekly drops, secret flavor combinations, and unexpected collaborations. Every 14-ounce pint is crafted to deliver bold flavor, spark anticipation, and bring people together—but our purpose reaches beyond dessert. A portion of every drop helps support sobriety initiatives, schools, churches, youth programs, and meaningful community projects. We’re starting underground, growing one community at a time, and building toward a nationwide brand where every flavor creates excitement and every purchase has purpose.
