Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of our frozen products, we generally do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, is missing an item, or has a significant quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible. Eligible issues may qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Pickup & Delivery: Customers are responsible for collecting orders during the designated pickup window and providing accurate delivery information. Delays or missed pickups may affect eligibility for refunds.
Product Storage: Frozen products should be placed in a freezer promptly after pickup or delivery. Underground Ice is not responsible for products damaged by improper storage or handling.
